The man was caught on camera proposing to his girlfriend with boxes of condom and bouquet of thongs in a public place.
The boxes of condom numbering about 999, were spewn on the ground in the shape of love.
The incident is said to have occured in China.
Photos showing the moment, revealed that several people were present to witness the rather bizarre but romantic ceremony.
The young lady being proposed to reportedly said “yes.”
